| 摘 要： | 为了缩短管花肉苁蓉种子发芽时间,提高发芽整齐度,分别选用阿魏酸、没食子酸、香草醛、水杨酸分别对管花肉苁蓉种子进行处理,设置105、01、00 mg/L 3个浓度梯度,采用培养皿滤纸法进行管花肉苁蓉种子发芽试验,研究了管花肉苁蓉种子发芽的变化规律。结果表明:4种酚酸处理对管花肉苁蓉种子发芽有明显的影响,这种影响效应与酚酸的浓度及种类有关。阿魏酸处理过的管花肉苁蓉种子发芽率最高(75.33%),水杨酸(70.00%)和香草醛(68.00%)处理过的种子次之,没食子酸(66.00%)最低。
