1-甲基环丙烯对沂州木瓜果实贮藏品质的影响

摘    要:试验以0.05、0.15、0.25、0.35μL/L的1-MCP处理沂州木瓜果实,研究其对沂州木瓜果实品质的影响。结果表明:以0.25μL/L的1-甲基环丙烯处理沂州木瓜果实贮藏品质保持好;8d左右,可滴定酸、可溶性固形物含量以及维生素C含量变化小,软化不明显,失重小。

Abstract:This study investigated the effect of different concentration of methy 1-methylcyclopropy on the character of Yizhou pawpaw during the storage period,the treatment were 0.05,0.15,0.25,0.35μL/L.The results showed that within several treatment concentration 0.25μL/L 1-MCP treatment on storage quality of ’Yizhou’ papaya remain good quality,after 8 days,there was no much difference obtained on the content of titratable acids,soluble solids and Vitamin C.Also,no obvious softening and weight loss were observed in all tested pawpaws.
