金银花尺蠖对金银花不同品种的取食选择

摘    要:为了解金银花尺蠖对金银花不同品种的取食偏好,采用直接观察法和对比称重法测定了金银花尺蠖对4个金银花品种的取食选择性,及其与金银花叶片物理性状及主要养分含量的相关性。结果表明,金银花尺蠖对4个金银花品种的取食选择性和取食量大小均依次为野生品种九丰一号响水二号响水一号,选择率分别为36.78%、25.32%、20.56%和17.34%,取食量分别为27.54、21.37、17.82和14.21 mg/头,差异均达显著水平;趋性行为测定也取得了一致结果,与空气相比,金银花尺蠖对各品种的反应百分率依次为95.45%、89.32%、85.71%和83.68%。相关分析表明,金银花尺蠖取食选择性和取食量大小与叶片表皮毛密度、表皮毛长度、叶片含水量呈显著负相关性,相关系数分别为-0.900和-0.999、-0.981和-0.996、-0.930和-0.975,而与叶片可溶性糖含量和蛋白质含量呈显著正相关性,相关系数分别为0.953和0.986、0.989和0.997。通径分析表明,蛋白质含量是影响金银花尺蠖取食选择性的决定性因素。

Abstract:In order to understand the feeding preference of honeysuckle geometrid Heterolocha jinyinhuaphaga Chu larvae to different varieties of honeysuckle, feeding preference of H. jinyinhuaphaga larvae to four varieties of honeysuckle and its correlation to physical characteristics, major nutrient content of the leaves were tested in the laboratory with direct observation and weight comparison methods. The results showed that the order of feeding preference and feeding capacity of H. jinyinhuaphaga larvae to four kinds of host plants were both wild variety > Jiufeng 1 > Xiangshui 2 > Xiangshui 1. The preference percentage was 36.78%, 25.32%, 20.56% and 17.34%, respectively; the feeding capacity per larva was 27.54, 21.37, 17.82 and 14.21 mg, respectively, and the difference between them reached significant at P<0.05 level. The taxis response testing showed the same result:the response percentage to them was 95.45%, 89.32%, 85.71% and 83.68%, respectively, compared with the air. The correlation analysis indicated that the feeding preference and feeding capacity of H. jinyinhuaphaga to the four kinds of host plants were both negatively correlated to the density of villus, length of villus, as well as the water content of the leaves, and the correlation coefficients were-0.900 and -0.999,-0.981 and -0.996,-0.930 and -0.975, respectively. But it showed a positive correlation to soluble sugar and protein contents of the leaves, and the correlation coefficients were 0.953 and 0.986, 0.989 and 0.997, respectively. Path analysis showed that protein content was the decisive factor for the feeding preference of H. jinyinhuaphaga.
