高压静电场对油菜种子品质的影响及机理初探

摘    要:研究了高压静电场处理种子在大田生长条件下的长期效应。结果表明,较低电压的处理可提高硫甙含量,显著降低含油量,而较高电压的处理可降低硫甙含量,极显著降低芥酸含量。采用平面类脂双层模型分析外加高压静电场对植物细胞跨膜电位的影响,并探讨其微观机理,一定程度上可以解释相关的试验结果。

Abstract:The long-term effect of high voltage electrostatic field(HVEF) treatmen t on rapeseed is studied .The results shows that there are a significant decreas e of oil content and an extreme significant of erucic acid content .The paper di scusses the influence on the plant cellular, caused by the added HVEF, by the bi molecular lipid membranes, and deduces the microcosmic mechanism .The conclusion can be used to explain some experiments to some extent.
