台湾与大陆西部农业合作刍议

加入WTO后 ,两岸合作开发的重点应放在西部 ,着重于两地农业资源、科技交流和农产品贸易三大领域间的合作 ,侧重发挥台湾在农产品加工、运销上的优势 ,依托西部的特色农产品商品基地 ,进行资本、技术、劳动力、自然资源等方面的深层次合作。

Comments on the cooperation in agriculture between Taiwan and West China

After joining the WTO, the mainland and Taiwan lay emphasis on cooperation between Taiwan and West China, especially the cooperation in the fields of agricultural resources,scientific and technical exchange and agricultural trade.In cooperation, Taiwan may give full play to its superiority of agricultural products processing and selling, and West China may rely on its characteristic agricultural commodities base, deepgoing cooperation may be carried out in the fields of capital, technology, labor force and natural resources.
