| 摘 要： | 草业是农牧业经济发展的支柱产业，海北州是青海省发展草产业具有十分有利的自然和环境条件的地区之一。因此，加强宣传、统筹规划、调整结构、引进人才、技术、加大投入、探索补偿机制、完善草地流转等措施，是加速草产业向规模化、产业化方向迈进的主要途径。

| Abstract: | Prataculture is the support industry of agriculture and live-stocking economic development.Haibei prefecture is one of the advantaged area of developing prataculture industry.It is the main way to develop pratatclure in large scale and industrialization for strengthening propagandize,making overall plans and take all factors into consideration,adjusting structure,introducing into persons with ability,increasing investment,probing into compensation system,perfecting the grassland is on the move and so on. |
