摘    要:对成花光敏感雌雄不育苎麻(floral initiation photoperiod-sensitive male and female sterile ramie,SMSFS)及其回复突变可育株SMSFS(R)叶片和花器官的可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量进行了对比测定。结果表明:现蕾期SMSFS与SMSFS(R)叶片的可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量无明显差异,随着开花结实,SMSFS(R)的含量逐渐下降,至种子膨大期显著低于SMSFS的雌性败育期,而不育株叶片基本保持在现蕾期水平;从开花到败育期(或结实期),雌性花器官可溶性糖含量在2种材料中均下降且基本一致,但是SMSFS(R)开花时雄花可溶性糖含量显著上升并达到现蕾期的2倍,而SMSFS雄花败育时明显没有此变化;SMSFS(R)花器官可溶性蛋白质含量逐渐下降,而SMSFS有所升高,雌花败育期是SMSFS(R)结实期的2倍。

Abstract:The contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein in floral initiation photoperiod-sensitive male and female sterile ramie(Boehmeria nivea(L.) Gaud.)(SMSFS) and its reverse mutant strain SMSFS(R) were determined individually.The results showed that the difference of these indexes in leaves during budding stage between two materials were not obvious.The contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein in SMSFS leaves kept on the level of budding stage,while the contents in SMSFS(R) leaves declined gradually along with flowering and seed developing,and were lower in seed developing stage than that of SMSFS in female sterile stage.The contents of soluble sugar in female buds or flowers in SMSFS declined and corresponded with SMSFS(R),but soluble sugar contents increased distinctly in male flowers of SMSFS(R),which had twice as much soluble sugar as that in budding stage,which was different from SMSFS clearly.The contents of soluble protein in the flowers of SMSFS(R) declined gradually,but that in flowers of SMSFS increased and had twice as much soluble protein in sterile flowers as that in developing seeds of SMSFS(R).
