| Abstract: | In order to grasp the general resarch achievements of the porcine growth hormone (PGH) gene last 10 years, the methods of isolating and cloning,its structure, localization, polymorphisms, in vitro expression and gene transfer have been reviewed and discussed in the paper. At last, the author suggests the research strategy and trends of PCH gene in the future. |
