摘    要:探究施用Rhodopseudomonas palustris菌肥和低含氮量化肥不同配比的混合肥料对小白菜产量、营养品质、土壤理化性质的影响,确定最佳施肥配比。实验设置菌肥和低含氮量化肥的配比为0%、25%、50%、75%、100%的实验组,此外还设置用R. palustris菌液浸种处理的实验组。在小白菜的生长初期,进行6次小白菜盆栽施肥实验,施肥结束后,测定施用不同配比混合肥料对小白菜植物学性状、营养品质,土壤理化性状及细菌含量的影响。研究发现施用菌肥和低含氮量化肥配制而成的混合肥,可以明显提高小白菜产量,施用50%配比的混合肥肥料增产最多;随着菌肥配比不断提高,小白菜营养品质显著提高,土壤理化性质明显改善,土壤细菌多样性显著增加。菌肥和化肥合理混施,不仅可以减少资源浪费和环境污染,还可以提高作物产量和品质,从而达到增产和增收的目的。

Abstract:In order to explore the effects of different ratios of R. palustris fertilizer and low nitrogen fertilizer on cabbage yield, nutritional quality, soil physical and chemical properties, and determine the optimal fertilization ratio. Experimentally set the ratio of bacterial fertilizer and low nitrogen-containing fertilizer to 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, and also set up an experimental group with R. palustris bacterial solution soaking treatment. In the early growth stage of cabbage, 6 times cabbage potted fertilization experiment, after fertilization, to determine the application of different ratio mix fertilizer on the botanical characteristics, nutritional quality, soil physical and chemical characteristics and bacterium content of cabbage. It is found that the mixed fertilizer formulated by applying bacterial fertilizer and low nitrogen content fertilizer can significantly improve the yield of cabbage and increase the yield of the mixed fertilizer with a ratio of 50%. The nutritional quality of cabbage, the physical and chemical properties of soil, and the microbiota of soil have greatly improved, which were followed with the constant improvement of the ratio of bacterial fertilizer. With the reasonable mixing of microorganism fertilizer and fertilizer, the waste of resources and environmental pollution can be reduced. Besides it can also improve crop yield and quality, and achieve the goal of increasing production and income.
