东亚飞蝗的饥饿响应及食料筛选

摘    要:飞蝗引起的蝗灾是我国农业生产的重大自然灾害,但同时飞蝗也是一种重要的资源昆虫,有极高的食用、药用及饲用价值。目前,东亚飞蝗Locusta migratoria manilensis Meyen养殖业蓬勃发展,但对其养殖的相关研究却较少。本试验对东亚飞蝗的饥饿响应及食料筛选进行了系统研究。结果显示,在有充足水分供应的条件下,东亚飞蝗的耐饥能力随龄期升高而增强。高龄期、低龄期蝗蝻混合饲养,在饥饿的处理下,无互残现象。东亚飞蝗取食所筛选的5种供试饲料,均可羽化、产卵。取食玉米叶、狗尾草的东亚飞蝗存活率较高、寿命较长、产卵较多,是相对适宜的饲料。饲喂白菜的雌蝗产卵量最高,可用于产卵期。麦麸在饲料紧张时可作为辅助饲料。本研究结果可为飞蝗养殖提供科学理论依据。

Hunger Response and Food Selection of Locust
Abstract:Locust plague is one of the most important natural disasters for agriculture in China, but on the other hand the pest which has high value on edible, medical and feeding is an important resource insect. Although the breeding industry of locust (Locusta migratoria manilensis Meyen) was increased, there were few reports on the area. Hunger response and food selection was studied. The results showed that the pest’s hunger tolerance is improved by larval instar with enough water supplies. High and low locust nymph had no kill phenomenon without food supplies. The locust could grows, emergence and oviposition with the tested food. The locust which feed on the maize and weed had higher survival rate, longer lifetime and more eggs. The two are the suitable food. Cabbage could be used in oviposition period due to more egg. The wheat brand could be used when there are not enough food supplies. This study provides theoretical basis for feeding locust.
