| Abstract: | With the development of economy, the pursuit of high quality of life has become a common demand of the people at this stage, and it is urgent to strengthen the safety testing of agricultural products to ensure food safety. This paper mainly introduces the value and application of LC-MS technology in pesticide residue detection and biotoxin detection of agricultural products, summarizes the specific application points of LC-MS technology and the latest research results, explores the future development trend, and aims to provide certain reference for practitioners in the detection industry. |
