摘 要: | 乡村振兴背景下,农业农村现代化发展需要应用创新型人才赋能新产业新业态。针对新农科应用创新型研究生人才培养存在的问题,本文立足于国家、社会和个人不同需求层次,以提升学生的实践能力、创新意识、创业技能为目标,通过打通教师科研项目、学生创新项目、创业竞赛项目之间的壁垒,搭建企业基地、产业体系和重点实验室多维育人平台,以期实现研究生教学质量、学习质量、职业发展质量的内涵发展,为新农科应用创新型研究生的长效与短效平衡培养机制提供参考。

Research on the Cultivation Model of Postgraduate with Application and Innovation Capabilities under the Background of New Agricultural Sciences |

Abstract: | In the background of rural revitalization, the modernization of agriculture and rural areas requires the talents with application and innovation capabilities to empower new models and formats. In view of the problems existing in cultivating postgraduate in agronomy major, this article cooperates with the needs of the country, society and individuals, looking forward to enhance students" practical abilities, innovation awareness, and entrepreneurial skills. By bridging the barriers between teacher research projects, student innovation projects and entrepreneurship competition projects, building a multi-dimensional education platform from corporate education bases, agriculture research system and key laboratories, this paper discusses how to improve teaching quality, learning quality and career development quality in postgraduate education. This study aims to provide reference mechanism for the long-term and short-term balanced in personnel training under the background of "New Agricultural Science". |
