| 摘 要： | 实验室中传统的微生物分离、培养和分类方法,在反映土壤微生物的基因信息上有很大的局限性,将逐步被分子生物学方法所替代。本文在阐述PCR-DGGE方法原理的基础上,分析了其在微生物多样性研究中的具体运用、方法缺陷及改进措施。

| Abstract: | Traditional microbiological separation training and classification method in the laboratory has great limitations in reflecting genetic information of the soil microorganism, so it is replaced by molecular biology method gradually now. On the base of explaining the principle of the approach PCR - DGGE, we analyse its specific application and improvements in the research of microbial diversity. |
