摘    要:为明确斜纹夜蛾幼虫中保护酶对常用药剂抗药性的作用,对湖南宁乡地区斜纹夜蛾3龄幼虫保护酶的活性进行了测定。结果表明:田间种群3种保护酶即过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及过氧化物酶(POD)的活性均高于室内敏感种群,分别为敏感种群的1.24、1.15及2.11倍,2个种群的SOD及POD活性差异极显著。研究结果说明保护酶尤其SOD及POD在斜纹夜蛾上对杀虫剂的抗性起了重要作用。

Abstract:In order to clarify the role of protective enzymes in the resistance to commonly used insecticides, activities of three protective enzymes from Spodoptera litura (Fabricius) larvae in Ningxiang area were determined. The result showed that activities of the three protective enzymes of the field population were significantly higher than that of the sensitive population in lab. Activities of CAT, SOD and POD of the field population were 1.24, 1.15 and 2.11 times as much as that of the sensitive population, respectively. And activities of SOD and POD of the field population had significant differences compared with that of the sensitive population. The results indicated that the protective enzymes, especially SOD and POD, played important roles in resistance to insecticides in Ningxiang area.
