| 摘 要： | 本文以校企联合办学中顶岗实习实践教学环节为案例,就构建顶岗实习管理体系、组织教师和辅导员深入实习第一线、发挥学生干部党员积极带头作用等管理方法进行探讨,经过实施后成功解决了顶岗实习遇到的多种问题。通过分析问卷调查和座谈结果,证实实践教学管理方法在校企联合办学顶岗实习教学环节中发挥了重要作用,为进一步完善实践教学管理制度...
