依托项目建基地公司带动产业化

河北省丰宁满族自治县是沙棘的适宜区,是潮河、滦河的发源地,是北京、天津地区的供水源地和生态屏障。进入新世纪,丰宁水务局为全面提升水土保持生态环境效果和效益,积极与水利部沙棘开发管理中心合作,依托水土保持生态项目建设沙棘基地,依托北京盛恒华生态园林有限公司建设沙棘加工厂,把丰宁建设成为华北地区规模最大的沙棘示范基地,从而实现开发沙棘,恢复生态,为京、津涵水源、阻沙源,为当地增资源、拓财源,人与自然和谐相处,社会经济可持续发展多赢目标。

Seabuckthorn Industrialization Promotion Through Rough Material Base Development

Fengning Manchu autonomous county,the source of the Chao river and Ruan river,is a highly important area of water supply source and natural ecosystem buffers for Beijing and Tianjin city.It is also a preferable area for seabuckthorn planting.For a better ecosystem and economic benefit,the cooperating was reached between Fengning Water Resources Bureau and China Administration Center for Seabuckthorn Development to establish a rough materials demonstration base by the funding support of soil conservation project.The biggest demonstration base in Northern China is expected be built in Fengning county. The multi-objectives is searched for rough material development of seabuckthorn,ecosystem improvement,water resources supply to Beijing and Tianjin city and promoting the social benefit of local area.
