摘    要:在室内进行紫茎泽兰根、茎、种子等繁殖材料的发芽试验,结果表明:紫茎泽兰根不能长成新的植株,即不可进行无性繁殖。紫茎泽兰的繁殖体主要是种子、茎,且茎的不同部位成株率不同,以上部一年生茎成株率较高,平均为51%;下部茎成株次之,为46%;中部茎成株率仅为29%。种子出苗率为26.5%。紫茎泽兰茎的生根原理为皮部生根。

A Comparative Experiment of Different Plant Propagules for the Propagation of Eupatorium coelestinum L.

Abstract:An indoor Experiment was carried out for the propagation of Eupatorium coelestinum L. by using different propagation materials including roots, stems, and seeds. The result showed that the stems and seeds are the main plant propagules for Eupatorium coelestinum L. , while roots had no ability to regenerate, different parts of the stem had Different regeneration rates. The regeneration rates of the upper part of the one year old stem was the highest with an average of 51% , follwed by that of the lower part which averaged 46% , and that of the middle part is the lowest, with an average of 29%. The emergence rate of the seeds is 26.5%. Cuttings of Eupatorium coelestinum L. produce roots mainly in cortex, i.e. , Eupatorium coelestinum L. is a cortex-rooting type of plant.
