近20年咸宁市耕地利用效益变化分析

通过构建耕地利用效益评价的指标体系,采用主成分分析法对湖北省咸宁市近20年耕地利用效益进行了评价。结果表明:近20年来咸宁市耕地利用效益总体上不断提高,耕地经济效益、社会效益的提高主要由于科技进步,而耕地生态效益的下降主要由于化肥农药的大量施用以及能耗的增加。因此,应加大农业科技投入,注意保护农业生态,减少农药化肥的施用,加强水利基础设施建设。

Variation Analysis on Use Benefit of Cultivated Lands in Xianning City of Hubei Province from 1990 to 2010

The use benefit of cultivated lands from 1990 to 2010 in Xianning City of Hubei Province was evaluated by principal component analysis method through constructing the indicator system.The results indicated that the value of cultivated land use benefit had been rising during the recent 20 years.The increase of economic and social benefits was mainly due to the advancement of science and technology,and the decrease of ecological benefit was mainly because of excess use of chemical fertilizers,pesticides and the increase of energy consumption.So the investment of agricultural science and technology should be increased,the agricultural ecology should be protect,the application of pesticides and fertilizers should be decreased,and the construction of irrigation infrastructure should be strengthened.
