| 摘 要： | 在低磷营养供应情况下，不同玉米幼胚愈伤组织对相同浓度磷营养及相同玉米幼胚愈伤组织对不同浓度磷营养反应有较大差异。在低磷营养情况下，继代培养后，培养基ＰＨ值下降，但表现无规律性。

| Abstract: | Under the providing of low phosphorus nutrition, different callus of maize immature embryos have a different result about the same density of phosphorus. In case of same callus and different density of phosphorus, it has the same result too. Through culturing, pH in the low phosphorus mediums is coming lower. |
