黑曲霉固态生料发酵对棉粕中游离棉酚的影响

摘    要:试验对高温高压灭菌处理棉粕、高温灭菌处理后再用黑曲霉固态发酵棉粕、直接对棉粕进行黑曲霉固态生料发酵3种方式进行分析比较。结果表明,固态生料发酵的脱毒效果与高温高压灭菌处理后棉粕的脱毒效果差异不显著(P>0.05),与高温灭菌后发酵棉粕的脱毒效果差异极显著(P<0.01)。

Abstract:The experiment comparatived three methods, which included high temperature, high temperature and pressure disinfection and solid-state fermentation by Agpergillus niger, dealing with cottonseed meal respectively. The results showed that there were no significant difference between solid-state fermentation with uncooked cottonseed meal compared and high temperature detoxication(P>0.05), which was significant differences than disinfection after fermentation were extremely(P<0.01).
