摘    要:从猪毛中提取DNA,用特异性引物进行PCR-RFLP扩增法对沈阳市畜牧兽医研究所种猪场种猪进行氟烷基因检测。结果表明,在测定的长白、大约克、杜洛克种猪中,发现长白猪HaLn基因的基因频率较高,为7.5%、大约克为2.1%、杜洛克为2.0%。所有种猪不含易引起猪应激综合征的氟烷基因隐形纯合子(nn)。用猪毛进行PCR扩增不仅成本低、速度快,且准确性高、取样方便,可大批量地处理样品。从仔猪开始至成年种猪,均可用毛样进行基因诊断,从而有效防止氟烷基因隐形纯合子(nn)的出现,加快种猪的改良步伐。

Abstract:Extracted from the pig using specific primers for PCR-RFLP amplification of Shenyang Institute of Animal breeding farms. The result showed that the gene landrace Haln gene frequencies was higher 7.5%, Yorkshire 2.1%, Duroc 2.0% in the determination of the landrace, Yorkshire and Duroc.
