减蛋综合征AQ毒株的分离与鉴定

通过鸭胚接种，从发生产蛋下降、产畸形蛋的鸡群中分离到一株病毒ＡＱ毒株。该病毒能在鸭胚和鸭胚成纤维细胞上生长，并能引起明显的胚体病变和细胞病变，对鸡红细胞的凝集作用能被ＥＤＳ７６标准阳性血清所抑制；病毒对氯仿不敏感、耐酸（ｐＨ３．０）、对热（５０℃３０ｍｉｎ）稳定，核酸型为ＤＮＡ，电镜观察见直径约７０～７５ｎｍ的圆形病毒颗粒。初步鉴定ＡＱ株是鸡减蛋综合征病毒。

Isolation and identification of AQ strain of Egg Drop Syndrome 1976

The AQ strain of Egg Drop Syndrome 1976 Virus was isolated by inoculating duck embryos from infected chicken that revealed egg reduction and deformational eggs.The isolate was propagated in duck embryo as well as duck embryo fibroblasts(DEF).It caused typical embryo-pathic effects and cytopathic effects(CPE).The agglutination of the AQ strain to chicken's RBC was inhibited by EDS76 standard positive sera.The virus was insensitive to chloroform.It could resist pH3.0 and 50℃ for 30min.The virus was DNA type and were observed about 70～75 nm in diameter by electromicroscope.The AQ strain was Egg Drop Syndrom 1976 virus by preliminary identification.
