超声波法提取西兰花多糖的工艺研究

摘    要:采用超声波辅助法提取西兰花多糖,通过单因素试验与正交试验对提取工艺进行优化,以期确定西兰花多糖的最佳提取工艺。结果表明,超声波辅助法提取西兰花多糖的最佳工艺参数为:超声时间50min,超声波功率80W,提取温度60℃,料液比1:50(mL/g),多糖的得率为8.24%。该试验方法简单、易行,可为西兰花多糖的工业化生产提供参考。

Abstract:To determine the best broccoli polysaccharide extraction process with the ultrasonic assisted-extraction technology.The technique was optimized by a single factor experiments and orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimum extraction parameters of polysaccharides was that ultrasonic time for 50 min,80W ultrasonic power at 60℃,ratio of liquid feed 1:50(ml/g),and polysaccharide yield was 8.24%.The test method is simple,easy,and can provide a reference for the industrial production of broccoli polysaccharide.
