华南虎幼虎肺部感染的诊断和治疗

对幼虎肺炎诊断和治疗进行了研究。2009年10月韶关华南虎繁育研究基地繁殖的2只华南虎幼虎相继出现胃肠道和肺部感染。出生号102号幼虎由母虎哺乳,8日龄患病,从产房取出发现身体瘦弱,呼吸困难,经抢救无效死亡,幼虎死亡后进行了器官切片和病理分析,结果为大叶性肺炎。出生号101号幼虎由人工哺乳,18日龄发病,虎崽发病时进行了X光检查、血样分析和细菌培养,确诊为病毒合并细菌感染性肺炎。经药物治疗1周后,病情得到控制,2周后病情痊愈。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Pulmonary Infection in South China Tiger Cubs

We researched the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonitis in south China tiger cubs.In October 2009,two tiger cubs born in at the South China Tiger Breeding Research Base at Shaoguan,were diagnosed with gastroenteritis and pulmonary infection, successively.One cub（no.102）,which was fed on breast milk,was diagnosed 8 days after birth.The cub was emaciated and showed symptoms of dyspnea.Rescue treatment was ineffective and the cub died.Results of organ sections and pathological analysis showed the cub died of lobar pneumonia.The second cub（no.101）,which was fed by humans,was diagnosed 18 days after birth.Through a series of diagnoses,including X-ray,blood analysis and bacterial culture,the disease was diagnosed as viral pneumonia caused by bacterial infection.The condition of this cub was controlled after a week of drug therapy and the cub recovered two weeks later.
