摘    要:适应于文化和旅游融合发展的趋势,文化遗产旅游成为当代重要的旅游方式.文中以北京圆明园的游客为样本,在问卷调查的基础上,对文化遗产地游客感知价值、游客满意和忠诚的关系展开实证研究.研究发现,文化遗产地游客感知价值包含文化审美价值、愉悦休闲价值、社会实现价值和服务功能价值四个维度,并对游客满意形成显著的正向影响.游客满意正...

Abstract:Adapted to the trend of cultural and tourism integration,cultural heritage tourism has become a contemporarily important tourism way.Enhancing the perceived value of tourists and winning tourists'satisfaction and loyalty are important guarantees to achieve competitive advantage of cultural heritage sites.Taking the tourists from Beijing Yuan Mingyuan Park as samples,an empirical study on the relationship between the perceived value of tourists,tourist satisfaction and loyalty in cultural heritage sites was carried out based on the questionnaire survey.The study found that the perceived value of cultural heritage sites has four dimensions:cultural aesthetic value,pleasant leisure value,social realization value and service function value,it significantly and positively impacts tourists'satisfaction.Tourist satisfaction positively influences tourists'loyalty.Visitors'perceived value certainly and positively impacts on the dimensions of tourists'loyalty,but the degree of influence varies.Cultural heritage sites should fully explore their historical and cultural connotations,create unique creative products with culture,landscape,knowledge and ecology,and satisfy the multi-dimensional perceptual value of tourists'tourism needs in cultural heritage sites to truly win tourists'satisfaction and loyalty,and realize sustainable development of cultural heritage sites.
