| 摘 要： | 以农村能源综合建设县管理数据库为基础，根据综合建设工作的进展工作、技术水平、管理水平及预期效果等，提出了综合评价的指标体系和综合处理方法。其中提出项目投资强度系数，解决项目综合性与技术难度的评价。使用Ｆｏｘｐｒｏ编制评价软件，解决了与管理数据库的接口。应用结果表明，它有效解决了全国１４１个农村能源综合建设县项目的管理。

| Abstract: | Based on the database of integrated rural energy developing counties, according to the circumstances of integrated rural energy developing process, technologies, management and desired results, a set of integrated process method and index system was proposed. The concept of project investment intensity index was given in the paper to solve the comprehensive and technical problems in assessment. By using Foxpro assessment software the interface to management database was obtained. The application result showed that this method and software solved the management problems of 141 integrated rural energy developing counties project efficiently. |
