甘肃省淤地坝地震损坏调查及应对措施

“5·12”汶川地震发生后，因地震诱发的次生灾害严重威胁人民生命和财产安全。为了解淤地坝因震受损情况，做好淤地坝工程安全度汛，避免震灾次生灾害发生，笔者作为水利部调查组成员赴甘肃现场调查。通过淤地坝震损程度调查和震损风险评估，将地震损坏的淤地坝分为“高危”“危险”“一般危险”和“轻微危险”4类，分析了造成淤地坝损坏的主要原因和间接因素。针对淤地坝不同的损坏类型，提出了裂缝、渗漏和岸坡坍塌处理等相应治理措施。

Earthquake damage investigations of silt dams and corresponding measures in Gansu Province
