摘    要:三种蔬菜品种(早青一代西葫芦、夏丰1号黄瓜,之豇28—2豇豆)种子,初始水分含量分别为11.0%、10.5%、12.2%。采用塑料铝箔复合袋、牛皮纸袋外套塑料袋两种包装材料包装,以散装为对照。在常温常湿条件下贮藏40个月,种子发芽势、发芽率、出苗率用牛皮纸袋外套塑料袋包装的明显高于塑料铝箔复合袋包装和散装的。而种子浸出液电导率最低。因此,种子活力以采用牛皮纸袋外套塑料袋包装的种子最高。

Abstract:In this report, the seeds of three vegetable species (summer squash: Zaoqing F1; cucumber: Xiafeng No.1; cowpea: Zhijiang 28-2), which have 11.0%, 10. 5%,12- 2% initial water content respectively, are packed in plastic-foil-compounded package and kraft paper package covered with plastic package in contrast with those which are unpacked. After preserved under room temperature and humidity condition for 40 months, seeds which are packed in kraft paper package covered with plastic package have higher seed germination potential, germination rate and e-mergence rate than those of the other tow. Moreover, they have lower electric conductivity of seed extract- Therefore, seeds which are preserved in kraft paper package covered with plastic package have the highest seed vigor in all the treatment.
