小尾寒羊群体遗传检测的研究

摘    要:以中心产区典型随机抽样法在小尾寒羊的中心产区随机抽取60只具有独立血统的小尾寒羊.用水平板淀粉凝胶电泳法检测编码血液酶和其他蛋白质(以及控制非蛋白遗传变异)的14个结构基因座上的频率分布,并记录其9项形态学特征标记以及9项体尺指标,分析总体频率样本估计值的可靠性与精确性,结果表明:在所检测的14个结构基因座上,小尾寒羊在座位上是单态性的,而其他10个座位皆存在多型现象,且群体的平均杂合度为0.3114;在所检测的9项形态学特征标记上存在5项指标的多型现象.

Abstract:This investigation was carried out to 60 Small-Tailed Han Sheep,which have respective bloodline in the central area of habitant by the simple random sampling in typical colony.Starch gel was used to determine the frequency distribution of encode blood enzyme and other protein loci(including dominated variation of no-protein).At the same time,measuring the nine body measurements,analyzing total frequency of reliability and precision.The results were as follows:On the 14 investigating structural loci,only Al,Es-D,Ly,GPI were monornorphic,the other 10 loci possess genetic polymorphism;Average heterzygosity of population was 0.3114;5 appearance character markers have genetic polymorphism.
