广西河池烤烟陈化特性研究

摘    要:目的]研究广西河池烤烟陈化特性,为把握该地烟叶陈化特性并为烤烟生产区域定位提供依据。方法]在河池市6个产烟县(市)选取代表性烟样进行12个月陈化处理,考察不同品种和不同小产地烟叶在处理前后的内在质量变化。结果]经12个月陈化,河池烟叶烟碱和总氯含量普遍升高,糖含量普遍减少,糖碱比值普遍下降;烟叶燃烧性有很大改善,刺激性明显减轻,余味变得更好,香气质有很大提高。同时,河池生产的云烟85烟叶的陈化速度显著快于K326品种;K326品种的陈化速度以东部低海拔区域所产烟叶较快,高海拔区域的较慢。结论]河池烟叶陈化特性很大程度上受烟草品种特性的影响,但K326品种还受植烟区域海拔高度的影响,

Study on the Aging Characteristics of Flue-cured Tobacco from Hechi of Guangxi

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the aging characteristics of flue-cured tobacco from Hechi and provide reference for the localization of the production area of flue-cured tobacco.Method] The representative tobacco leaf samples were selected from six counties of Hechi Prefecture and aged for 12 months.The inner quality changes of leaf samples of different varieties and regions before and after the treatment were studied.Result] After 12 months aging, the nicotine and total nitrogen of all Hechi tobacco leaves increased,their sugar contents reduced,the ratios of sugar to alkaloid reduced;the burning property of the leaves greatly improved,their irritation considerably lessened,the aftertaste became better,and the aroma quality was raised greatly.At the same time,the aging speed of Yunyan 85 produced in Hechin was significantly faster than that of K326 from the same area;the aging speed of K326 leaves from low altitude areas of eastern region was faster than that of leaves from high altitude areas.Conclusion] The aging characteristics of Hechi tobacco leaves were mainly affected by variety difference,that of K326 was further influenced by the altitude of the production area.
