钱塘江粗唇鱼危细胞色素b基因片段序列分析及系统发生研究

摘    要:为研究钱塘江粗唇(鮠)与其他鲿科鱼类的亲缘关系,扩增并测定了粗唇(鮠)的细胞色素b基因片段序列.用Blastn分析所获序列与其他鲿科鱼类细胞色素b基因的同源性,用Mega4软件构建系统发生树.

Abstract:Cyt b gene region of mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA) of Leiocassis crassilabris from Qiantang river was sequenced and compared with other sequences of Bagridae comprising of 9 species(1128 bp).Phylogenetic trees were developed by neighbour-joining(NJ),and unweighted pair group method with arithmetic mean(UPGMA).Based on the trees,L.crassilabris and cuttail bullhead Pseudobagrus truncatus were clustered into one clade,indicating that L.crassilabris shared a closer relationship with P.truncatus than the others.
