| 摘 要： | 乳汁是植物乳汁管分泌的一些特殊物质。植物乳汁作为植物次生代谢产物,往往具有抑菌抗虫作用,许多植物的乳汁还具有重要的商业价值。本文主要回顾了桑科植物乳汁的生物学功能以及药用价值。其中重点介绍了桑树乳汁的抑菌抗虫功能以及桑科(桑树,无花果,见血封喉,榕树等)植物乳汁的降血糖,抗病毒,抗癌等生物活性。
