基于ISO9001标准的林业调查规划设计项目质量管理模式研究

结合行业现有质量管理体系特点,在分析导入ISO9001标准的适应性、项目分类与质量管理体系的关系等问题的基础上,提出了林业调查规划设计项目质量管理转换模型,对林业调查规划设计单位解决质量管理层次不清晰、职责不明确、流程不顺畅等问题,实现ISO9001标准管理理念与现有质量管理模式的有机融合,形成科学合理的质量管理体系和质量保证模式有所裨益。

The Study on Project Quality Management Model of Forestry Surveyand Planning Based on the ISO9001 Standard

Combining with the characteristics of existing quality management system in the forestry inventory andplanning industry, This paper analysed adaptability of importing ISO9001 standard ,and relationship between the qualitymanagement system and project classification. On this basis, this paper puts forward the project quality managementtransformation model of forestry inventory and planning. The results of this study provide reference guides for forestryinventory and planning department to resolve the problems, such as quality management level not clear, theresponsibility not clear, the process not smooth, and to integrate ISO9001 standard management concept and the organicintegration of existing quality management mode, also to form a scientific and reasonable quality management systemand quality assurance model.
