天水小陇山白皮松林土壤真菌多样性的初步研究

摘    要:在样地调查的基础上,在小陇山白皮松分布区采集表土土样20个,采用稀释平板计数法对真菌进行了分离,并进一步鉴定到属。结果表明:小陇山白皮松以青霉属和曲霉属为优势菌群,土壤整体质量不高。根据物种多样性分析的结果,小陇山白皮松物种多样性较丰富,不同样地多样性指数差异较大。

Abstract:20 surface soil samples in Pinus bungeana of Xiaolongshan Tianshui were collected for isolation and genus identification of fungi by dilution-plate method.The results showed the dominant fungi in Pinus bungeana forest in Xiaolongshan,and the soil quality was not high as a whole.The species diversity was richer,and diversity indexes varied with different sample plots.
