| 摘 要： | 通过不同温度下紫云英种子的发芽试验发现,紫云英的发芽率在20℃时达最大值88.3%,其发芽适宜温度范围为15~25℃,低温和高温都不利于种子的发芽。种子发芽指数随着温度的升高呈现先增加后降低的趋势,在20℃达最大值,与发芽率相一致。在25℃下,紫云英的胚芽和胚根均生长良好,种苗全重也达到最大值0.030 29 g

| Abstract: | The highest peak of germination rate of Astragalus sinicus was found at 20 ℃(88.3%) and the proper temperature ranged from 15 ℃ to 25 ℃.Lower or higher temperature was harmful to the seed germination.With the temperature increasing,the germination index showed a trend that it increased at the beginning and then decreased.The germination index reached the maximum at 20 ℃(97.62) and its variation trend was as same as germination rate.The plumule and radicel of Astragalus sinicus developed quite well and the fresh weight of seedling reached its maximum at 25 ℃(0.03029 g/plant). |
