防治桑尺蠖新药万杀灵的研究

摘    要:从5种农药单剂的10个2元组合中,选出对5龄桑尺蠖幼虫的协同毒力指数最高的组合,用共毒系数法和应用系数法对该组合的不同配比进行选优,选出的组配与5种增效剂混用,选出具有最佳增效作用的增效剂品种及其添加量,通过对其制剂学方面的研究,得到防治桑尺蠖新药30%万杀灵乳油,其田间防效达90%以上,对家蚕的叶部残毒期为12d左右。

Abstract:Synphonate,a new insecticide mixture,was obtained with the best emulsication andstable emulsive character from 5 samples consisting of combined formulations and synergist. Its combination selected from 10 ones of 5 formulations possessed the maximum coefficient factor to 5th instar mulberry geometrid larvae by Potter-spraying. Its combination proportion revealed the optimum in calculated cotoxity coefficients and applicationrates with the peak synergistic degree and the best spray-concentration. The Controllingefficacy of 200 mg/kg Synphonate solution was over 90% to mulberry geometrid byspraying in the field and the residuary toxicity to the domestricated silkworm was 12 days.
