圆盘式磁流变离合器的磁路设计分析

摘    要:分析了磁流变离合器的工作原理,针对一种圆盘式磁流变离合器模型,进行了离合器磁路的设计计算。应用Ansys软件进行了离合器的磁路建模和仿真分析,结果表明,设计的磁路满足要求,并拟合出了励磁电流与工作间隙中磁感应强度和离合器传递力矩的关系曲线,为进一步进行磁流变液离合器的结构设计提供参考。

Magnetic Circuit Design and Analysis of Disc-shaped MR Clutch
Abstract:The principle of the magnetorheological fluid(MRF) clutch was analyzed.Aiming at the model of disc-shaped MRF Clutch,the magnetic circuit design of the MRF clutch was completed.By using ANSYS software,the model and simulation analysis of magnetic circuit were completed.The results show that the magnetic circuit of the MRF clutch meet the demand.The relational curves among the exciting current and the magnetic flux density in working gap and the torque were drawn,which provided reference for the structural design of magnetorheological fluid clutch.
