采收成熟度对红花大金元烤后烟叶钾含量、氯含量及钾氯比的影响

摘    要:根据烤烟品种红花大金元上、中、下部烟叶进入成熟期后的外观特征,分别设置了4个采收成熟度(M1、M2、M3、M4)。研究了4个采收成熟度对红花大金元烟叶烤后钾含量、氯含量及钾氯比的影响。结果表明,成熟度对烟叶上述指标有重要影响。钾含量:下部叶M3>M4>M1>M2,中部叶M3>M1>M2>M4;上部叶M4>M1>M3>M2;氯含量:上、中、下部叶均为M1>M4>M3>M2;钾氯比值:下部叶和中部叶均为M3>M2>M4>M1;上部叶M2>M3>M4>M1。从阴燃持火性角度考虑,红花大金元下部叶和中部叶最佳采收成熟度为M3,上部叶最佳采收成熟度为M4。

Abstract:Four maturities(M1,M2,M3,M4) were selected to study the influence of the maturity of the Honghuadajinyuan to the content of kalium,clorine and the ratio of kalium to clorine in the leaves after baking.It indicated that they were greatly influenced by the maturity.As for the content of kalium in the lower leaf,which declined as the order of M3>M4>M1>M2;the middle leaf,M3>M1>M2>M4;the upper leaf,M4>M1>M3>M2.As for the clorine content in the lower,middle and upper leaf,which entirely declined as the order of M1>M4>M3>M2.As for the the ratio of kalium to clorine in the lower and middle leaf,which declined as the order of M3>M2>M4>M1;the upper leaf,M2>M3>M4>M1.In order to obtain the combustion maintenance fire.M3 is the most reasonable maturity to the lower and middle leaf,and M4 is the most reasonable harvest maturity to the upper leaf.
