| 摘 要： | 小麦衰老期间（开花１４天之后）叶片和根超氧化物歧化酶活性下降，过氧化物酶活性和丙二醛含量升高，叶片和根的变化趋势一致。衰老后期，根系活力、叶片光俣速率和叶绿素含量快速下降，叶片气孔阻力增加。

| Abstract: | During senescence (14 days after anthesis) of winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L. ) in pot culture, the activity of superoxide dismatase (SOD) decreased, while that of peroxi-dase (POX) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) increased in both flag leaf and root. Photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content of flag leaf declined sharply, and leaf stomatal resistance increased rapidly in late period of senescence. |
