摘    要:以野生龙葵果为原料,以原花青素提取率为考察指标,研究提取溶剂浓度、料液比、提取温度、提取时间等因素对原花青素提取效果的影响。通过正交试验,确定野生龙葵果中原花青素的最佳提取工艺条件为:提取溶剂为60%的乙醇,料液比1∶15,提取温度25℃,提取时间80 min。此优化条件下提取野生龙葵果中原花青素的含量最高,达0.055 2%。

Study on Optimal Extraction of Proanthocyanidin from Solanum nigrum Fruit

Abstract:Using wild Solanum nigrum fruit as raw materials,and extraction rate of proanthocyanidin as study index,effects of the concentration of solvent extraction,the ratio of material and fluid,extraction temperature and extraction time on extraction of proanthocyanidin were studied.Through orthogonal experiment,optimum extraction conditions were conclued as follows:extraction solvent was 60% ethanol,ratio of material to liquid was 1∶15,extraction temperature was 25 ℃,extraction time was 80 minutes.Under optimum conditions,the highest content of proanthocyanidins was obtained,reached 0.055 2%。
