枇杷瘤蛾绒茧蜂的研究

摘    要:枇杷瘤蛾绒茧蜂(Apanteles sp.)是枇杷瘤蛾幼虫的重要寄生性天敌.作者对其形态学、生物学和生态学等进行了初步研究.此蜂为单寄生、内寄生蜂,除枇杷瘤蛾外,尚未见其它寄主.在第三、四代枇杷瘤蛾幼虫上的寄生率可高达50%以上.此蜂营两性生殖和产雄孤雌生殖.常产卵于第一、二龄寄主幼虫,第三、四龄上较少,第五龄未见.多在奇主第四龄幼虫末期钻出结茧.成虫寿命很短,在室内自然条件下仅一至三天,喂以补充营养后,显著延长.整个未成熟期的发育起点温度为12.48℃,有效积温217.39日·度.由此推算此蜂在杭州一年约可发生九代.

Abstract:Apanteles sp. is an important natural enemy of the loquat nolid, Melanographia flexilineata Hamp-son. The morphology, biology, and ecology of the endoparasite were studied in Zhejiang province from 1986 to 1987. No other host than M. flexilaaata has been found. The parasitized percentage of loquat nolid larvae can be more than 50%, It performs sexual and arrhenotokous reproduction. Female adults deposit eggs into the host bodies except 5th instar larvae, with higher rates of attacking on the first and second instars. The full grown larvae always pupate, biting out of the bost body at the end of the fourth instar. The longevity of the adult is 1--3 days in insec-tary and can be significantly prolonged after being supplied with complemental nutrition. The development threshold and thermal constant of immature stage are 12. 48 'C and 217. 39 day-degrees respectively. It indicated that Apanteles sp. could occour about 9 generations a year in Hangzhou.
