杭白菊辐照杀菌效果及对功能成分的影响

摘    要:研究了用60Coγ射线辐照杭白菌杀菌效果及对功能成份的影响。结果表明,杀菌效果随着辐照剂量的增加而显著增加,绿原酸、总黄酮、总酚和维生素C含量随辐照剂量的增加而下降,辐照对水溶性糖、还原糖和游离氨基酸含量无明显影响。根据杀菌效果和功能成分因素综合考虑,认为杭白菊的辐照杀菌有效剂量为3~5kGy。

Abstract:Effect of()~(60)Co γ-ray irradiation on sterilization and the function components in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat was investigated.Results show that sterilization effect increases significantly with the increasing irradiation dose. The contents of chlorogenic acid,total flavone,total phenolic compounds and vitamin C decreased with the increase of irradiation dose.There is no significant change of the contents of hydrotrope sugar,reducing sugar and free amino acid by irradiation treatment.Based on the data of sterilization and product quality,3~5 kGy irradiation is recommended for Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat sterilization.
