摘    要:以头花蓼带节茎段为外植体进行组培快速繁殖试验,结果表明:在MS培养基上腋芽的诱导率最高,迭93.3%;添加6-BA 4.0mg/L对芽的增殖生长效果较好,增殖倍数为4.2;在1/2 MS NAA 0.2 mg/L培养基上生根效果最好,迭100%;组培苗移栽至蛭石:腐殖土(1:1)的基质中成活率最高,迭93.3%,且生长旺盛.

Abstract:The stem-segements with axillary buds of Polygonum capitatum were cultured for its rapid propagation to produce its quality seedlings.The results showed that the germination rate of axillary buds cultured on MS medium was up to 93.3%,the optimum medium for bud multiplication was MS supplemented with 6-BA 4.0 mg/L and its multiplication time could reach 4.2,the optimum medium for inducing roots was 1/2MS NAA 0.2 mg/L and its rooting rate could reach 100% and the survival plantlet rate transplanted in a substrate with an equal volume of humus soil and vermiculite was 93.3%.
