毛白杨优树快速繁殖方法的研究

在林木无性系育种中,作为成年优树的无性繁殖方法,不仅要求能繁殖出众多的无性系分株,满足无性系测定的需要,而且还要求所繁殖出的苗木,能解除成年大树的老化,恢复幼态,克服枝条的位置效应,消除不同母树的年龄差别,使优树无性系测定的试材,具有幼年性、一致性和可比性的共同基础。本文系统地阐述了对940株毛白杨优树进行挖根、人工促萌、根出条嫩枝扦插的快速繁殖方法及其应用的效果。同时对其中所涉及的10个试验因子,都一一作了分析与讨论。

STUDIES ON A RAPID METHOD FOR VEGETATIVE PROPAGATION OF POPUIUS TOMENTOSA

In clonal breeding of forest trees the method for vegetative propagation of adult plus trees requires not only propagating numerous ramets of a clone, but also producing propagules without maturation, topophysis, and age differences of the adult plus trees. So the clonal tests of plus trees can be done on the same basis of juvenility, identity, fand compatibility of the material tested. This paper systematically described, the vegetative propagation procedure and effects of application of root digging, suckering and cutting of 14660 suckers from 940 plus trees. Analysis and discussion are also made for the 10 factors, involved in the experiments on vegetative propagation of Populus tomentosa.
