| 摘 要： | 参照软件工程的思想详细论述了基于WebGIS的《中国草业开发与生态建设专家系统》开发的过程、设计实现的技术途径,并对其经验和不足进行总结,以期为3S技术及计算机网络技术具体应用于草业与生态建设的研究提供参考.

| Abstract: | Following the thinking of software engineering,this paper discussed the development process and strategy of design of the expert system.The advantages and limitations were also summarized in order to provide some references to implementing 3S and computer web technologies in pratacultural and eco-construction. |
