核桃枝条酚类物质变化与枝条适应性研究

摘    要:核桃枝条酚类物质变化与枝条适应性研究表明,核桃枝条中酚类物质分布韧皮部大于木质部,晚实类品种含量大于早实类品种,年周期中休眠期含量大于生长期;多酚氧化酶活性变化则与此相反,生长季初期活性较低,至5月份活性增强,秋后进入休眠期时又降低,且不同品种抗抽条能力存在差异。

Abstract:The study on the changes of phenols and adjustability of the walnut shoot shows that the content of phenols in phloem is higher than that in the xylem,that in the late fruiting variety is higher than that in the early fruiting variety and that in the rest period is higher than that in the growth period annually;the change of activity of polyphenol oxidase(PPO)shows an opposite pattern of change with higher activity at the growth period and lower activity at the rest period.There are different abilities of anticold in different cultivars shoots.
