果桑离体组织培养研究

摘    要:以果桑为材料,对其进行组织培养,结果表明:基本培养基MS较有利于果桑芽体的萌发与生长;初代培养最佳培养基为MS+BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L;继代培养最佳培养基为MS+BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.20mg/L+GA31.0mg/L;生根培养最佳培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.2mg/L+IBA0.5mg/L。

Abstract:We studied mulberry tissue culture system and quick multiplication technology. Through this experiment,following result was obtained: the basic culture medium was MS to be advantageous to fruit mulberry sprouting and growth. The initially generation medium should be MS BA 2.0 mg/L NAA 0.1 mg/L. The subculture medium should be MS BA 2.0 mg/L NAA 0.20 mg/L GA3 1.0 mg/L. Rooting culture medium should be 1/2 MS NAA 0.2 mg/L IBA 0.5 mg/L.
