摘    要:利用19年的国际卫星云气候计划ISCCP D2资料,分类型对内蒙古地区空中云水资源的时空分布、变化趋势及其与降水的关系进行了分析,并分析了可能影响云量和降水变化的原因。结果表明:内蒙古地区云量总和平均为65.21%,卷云最多,平均达到18.77%。液态层积云、层云、高层云等云量呈现出自西向东依次增多的空间分布特征,同降水量的空间分布特征相一致。降水与液态的云量呈正相关,与冰相的云量呈负相关关系。全球表面增温以及西太平洋副热带高压的变化可能是云量和降水变化的原因。

Abstract:The temporal and spatial characteristics of the cloud water resource and Multi-year trend and the relation to precipitation over Inner Mongolia were analyzed using the ISCCP(International Satellite Cloud Climatology Project)monthly mean D2 data from July 1983 to September 2001.Reasons were analyzed.The results show that the mean sum of 15 kinds of clouds amount was 65.21%.Cirrus amount was the most,regional average was 18.77%.Seven cloud include Liquid Stratocumulus,Stratus,Altostratu etc.increased from west to east.The character was same as spatial distribution of precipitation.Precipitation was positive correlation with liquid cloud amount,and negative correlation with ice cloud amount.Global warming surface and western Pacific subtropical high pressure changes may be on cloud and precipitation of the reason of its changes.
