摘    要:“食品安全与质量控制技术”是一门以生产实践中影响食品安全因素和食品安全保障措施为主线,着重培养学生食品安全管理能力和解决食品安全实际问题能力的综合性应用课程。将食品溯源仿真平台系统应用于“食品安全与质量控制技术”课程教学中,能使教学内容更加形象化、具体化,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的应用能力和适应企业需求的能力。

Abstract:Food Safety and Quality Control is a comprehensive application course that focus on cultivating students with ability of food safety management and solving practical problems of food safety.The main line of the course is about the factors affecting food safety and food safety precaution in production practice.The Food Traceability Artifical Platform applied in the teaching of Food Safety and Quality Control,it couldn't only make the teaching content more imaginal and concrete,in which the students'learning interest and application ability could be improved so as to meet the needs of enterprises.
