| 摘 要： | 应用超声波裂解法制备的血清2型鸭疫里默氏杆菌裂解物作为抗原包被酶标板.以辣根过氧化物酶标记的羊抗鸭IgG抗体为第二抗体,以TMB为显色剂,成功地建立了检测鸭血清2型鸭疫里默氏杆菌抗体的间接ELlSA方法.特异性试验和重复性试验证明此方法的特异性高、重复性好.

| Abstract: | A indirect enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was developed for detection of serotype 2 Riemerlla Anatipestifer(RA) antibodies in ducks.The RA Serotype 2 treated with ultrasonic cracking was used as coated antigen,horseradish peroxidase- labeled goat-anti-duck IgG was taken as the second antibody, Tetramethyl Benzidine dihydrochloride (TMB) was used as coloring agent in this test.
